Delivery and returns in Finland Delivery and returns in Finland

Handling and delivery time:

Our aim is to send orders within 24 hours or, at the latest, the next day. Some of the products you have ordered may be stored at a different location. In that case, we require 2 working days for the handling of the order. The order will usually be available for pick up at the nearest post office in 2 working days. You can also choose home delivery, in which case your order will be delivered to your home address the next working day after placing your order. The order will be held at your post office for two full calendar weeks, after which it will be returned to us. You will only be notified once when your order has arrived at the post office.

Secure shipping with Post office parcel service:

Because you have paid for your order in advance, we want to make sure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible and undamaged. For this reason we use Post office's parcel service which includes item tracking. With the item code on the address label we are able to track the conveyance of your order through the internet, in the Post's transport network. With the item code you can also pick up your order from the post office even before you receive the notification of the arrival.

Payment methods:

We accept Visa, Euro/Master Card, Ok and Visa Electron credit cards. You can also pay through online banking with Nordea, Sampo and Osuuspankki. All the payment methods are secured with SSL and are easy to use.

Exchanges and returns:

You can exchange or return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with any product, please return it to us and we will credit the amount of the item to your bank account/credit card. Also, fill in the Bebes "Exchange and returns" form and provide an explanation for the return.

For us to be able to accept the return the item must be unused, clean, unwashed and in its original condition. Always make sure the item is not faulty before you wear it or wash it. Preferably return the item in its original package. We will need to check the condition of all the returned items before we can make the refund.

Some of the products have a no-refund policy if the original package has been opened. You will be notified of this separately on the product page.

Free and simple returns in Finland:

For the return and exchange of orders to be as easy as possible, we have made a customer returns agreement with the Post office. Pack the items you want to return along with the Bebes "Exchange and returns" form and take them to your nearest post office. Fill in an "ASIAKASPALAUTUS" -osoitekortti. (CUSTOMER RETURNS) -address card. Returning is free of charge as the postal costs are paid by Bebes.

Exchanging goods:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please send the item back as a customer return (as above). Then complete a new order at our online store. This way we can best make sure that the colour or size you wish to order is available and that we can deliver your order quickly. You are liable to pay the normal shipping costs for this new order.

If the item you received in the original order is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, please send it back as a customer return and attach the Bebes "Exchange and return" form. We will send you a new product without any additional shipping costs. If you wish you can also call and inform us that you have received a faulty product, just to be sure that a new one is put on hold for you as soon as possible.

Refunding the payment:

After we have received your customer return, we will credit the amount of the item to you as soon as possible. If you paid with a credit card, we will credit the amount to you credit card. If you paid with online banking, we will credit the amount to your bank account. Don't forget to give us your bank account number and to check your bank statement to make sure that you have received the refund. If you return the entire order, we will also credit all the shipping costs. It's a good idea to allow 6 working days for us to receive your return and to credit the money. If it's been over 10 working days from the day you posted the return and the money doesn't show up in your credit card/bank account, please contact us and we will check the situation.
